Job Duties :

•Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders. Monitor residents' vital signs and report changes in condition to the RN or physician. Perform routine nursing assessments and document findings accurately. Assist in developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans. Provide wound care, dressing changes, and monitor the healing process. Administer injections, IV therapy (where permitted), and other nursing procedures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR). Observe residents for signs of illness, pain, or adverse reactions to medications. Coordinate with physicians, RNs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. Educate residents and families about medications, treatments, and health management.
