Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team on a contract basis. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care, assist with patient assessments, administer medications, and work closely with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes. Assist with daily living activities and patient care plans. Maintain accurate and timely medical records. Follow infection control and safety protocols. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state. Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience. Current BLS/CPR certification. Strong communication and patient care skills. Ability to work day, night, weekend, or holiday shifts as needed. Must meet all facility onboarding requirements, including background check and drug screening.

Pay:

$35.00 - $37.00 per hour
