Licensed Practical Nurse - Part Time

JOB SUMMARY

Under the direct supervision of the Administrator, the Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for assuring the provision of direct care of residents requiring assistance or supervision in personal bathing, grooming, dressing and administration of medications. The LPN shall provide general observation and health supervisions of the residents noting any changes in health and physical abilities, noting the need for medical attention or nursing services. The LPN shall keep the Administrator informed of changes in the resident conditions. May inform resident condition changes to family/sponsor and physician according to the wishes of the Administrator.
