LPN - Shift Leader

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee sanitation and nursing operations in a dynamic environment. This position focuses on maintaining staff health and safety by managing sanitation procedures and addressing any chemical-related incidents. Key Responsibilities Manage 3rd shift sanitation tasks with a focus on safety and health protocols. Provide first-aid to employees, particularly those handling chemicals. Maintain necessary documentation such as Sphere and MSDS for chemical management. Conduct occupational health assessments and handle workplace injuries. Monitor employee health by taking temperatures and vitals, and provide necessary care. Clear team members for work through health assessments and screenings. Support employees returning from FMLA with medical reviews. Qualifications 1+ years of LPN experience. Active LPN license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and charting. Skills Proficiency in charting and electronic record management. Strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in occupational health and emergency scenarios, such as ER or urgent care. Attention to detail when managing chemical or burn care.
