WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders Monitor patients and report changes in condition Perform nursing procedures within the LPN scope of practice Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapy, and other healthcare professionals Supervise and support CNAs and Nursing Assistants Maintain accurate electronic documentation Communicate with patients and families Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and recovery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Strong nursing and communication skills Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to work effectively with the interdisciplinary team Rehabilitation, hospital, or long-term care experience preferred New graduate LPNs encouraged to apply
