Summary:
Join a dedicated oncology care team where you will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their treatment journey. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), this position provides compassionate patient care, health education, and counseling in our Nursing
•6 West, helping patients navigate their diagnosis and work toward the highest possible level of wellness. Responsibilities include performing routine nursing care procedures, conducting donor screenings, and performing venipuncture, to ensure safe and effective outcomes. The position encourages continuous professional growth through participation in educational programs, in-service trainings, workshops, and engagement with current clinical literature, making it an excellent opportunity for those passionate about advancing their skills while making a meaningful impact on patient care. The starting hourly rate is $28.20, which includes a base rate of $26.76 per hour and a geographical differential of $1.44 per hour. Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience License Requirement License or permit to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New York. Education and Experience Graduation from an accredited practical nursing school's LPN program.

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
