The LPN will provide quality nursing care to residents, assist with their daily healthcare needs, administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitor residents' conditions, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team. The ideal candidate is a caring professional who takes pride in providing excellent resident care, works well as part of a team, and is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
Responsibilities include:
Provide nursing care and monitor residents' health and well-being Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Complete accurate nursing documentation and records Communicate changes in residents' conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals Assist with care planning and follow established care procedures Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and other team members Promote residents' dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life
Qualifications:
Current, valid LPN license Previous long-term care or senior care experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Compassionate, dependable, and professional Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Pay:
$25.00 - $31.00 per hour
