Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and report changes in resident conditions Maintain accurate documentation and medical records Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent resident care

Qualifications:

Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Strong clinical and communication skills Long-term care experience preferred, but not required Ability to work effectively as part of a team
