We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Baylor Nurse to join our dynamic team at Pine Haven Rehabilitation and Wellness Center in Eight Mile, AL. As a Weekend Baylor Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents on weekends.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional nursing care to our residents in our Baylor unit, ensuring their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical records, reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control principles and standards Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination Identify and report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities

Requirements:

Current LPN licensure in the State of Alabama Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing patient needs Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and computer systems Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
