Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Monday-Friday or Baylor Weekends Join Our Team at Cloverdale Rehab & Wellness Center We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse LPN to join our team at Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Wellness Centers in Scottsboro, AL. Our state-of-the-art facilities offer a unique blend of skilled nursing, therapy, and rehabilitation services, all delivered with the warmth and comfort of true Southern hospitality. As a Licensed Practical Nurse LPN at Cloverdale Rehabilitation & Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration Conduct initial patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and detailed patient records Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and care
Requirements:
Current LPN license in the state of Alabama Strong clinical skills, with attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare teams
