POSITION SUMMARY
Provides basic therapeutic nursing care according to established standards of practice under the direction and supervision of the RN. Provides care to residents whose care requirements are routine and standardized with predictable outcomes.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Graduate of an LPN school. Minimum Experience N/A Required Registration/License/Certification LPN BLS within 90 days of DOH/transfer Preferred Education N/A Preferred Experience 2 years of nursing home experience Preferred Registration/License/Certification N/A Other Requirements N/A
