Position Overview:

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). Responsible for maintaining professional accountability and coordinating patient care across departments.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with licensure Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all State Board requirements Basic Life Support certification; additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials may be required Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform patient care tasks Preferred IV Certification within one year of hire
