Job Description
Experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) Night shift Full Time We are looking for a reliable LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to care for our Amazing Patients in a professional and considerate manner. LPN professionals must be first and foremost qualified and compassionate. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing diverse basic care to those who need it while remaining patient and calm. It is a demanding job but also very rewarding At Pioneer Therapy and Living our mission is to provide the highest quality of healthcare services and the greatest variety of healthcare options to the residents of this community we serve. We will provide a warm, comfortable, and rewarding experience not only for our residents who choose us, but for their families, our associates, and everyone who helps to make us the premier health care provider in Arkansas. Our LPN's are key to helping us fulfilling our mission. We prefer that LPN's have the following:
- Long Term Care Experience
- Working Knowledge in a supervisor capacity; in any career
- Strong Leadership Abilities in long term care or like environment Job Description and Responsibilities in part; The most basic responsibility is to ensure that all team members are adhering to the facilities dedication of promoting the best plan of care for all residents.
