Job Description

Comprehensive Pain Care is expanding. We are looking to hire a LPN or MA to join our team! Currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant for a pain management clinic in Monticello, Arkansas. Interested candidates must have current LPN license in the state of AR. Monday
  • Thursday 7:00-5:00 Duties to include but not limited to:
  • Provides and facilitates competent health care of patients and families in area of practice. Ensures adherence to established standards of care and scope of practice.
  • Ensures documentation of care is complete and accurate.
  • Assess patients in procedural area, review medication, allergies, medical history, and obtain vital signs
  • Triage phone calls, complete prior authorizations, injection screening, and MRI screenings
  • Order Lab tests, Review of Prescription Monitoring Program.
  • Scheduling MRI and Referrals
  • Proficient Computer skills
  • Obtain medical records and procedural clearance
  • Demonstrates leadership and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively and collaboratively with others.
  • Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
  • Comply with all HIPAA laws. Requirements of the LPN Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing Current Unencumbered Arkansas License Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers Certification A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience 2 years IV Therapy experience/certification Must pass a background check Compensation will be discussed during interview.
