Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Sports & Regenerative Medicine Restore Regenerative & Sports Medicine Mountain Home, Arkansas Full-Time | Part-Time May Be Considered Restore Regenerative & Sports Medicine is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our physician-led specialty clinic in Mountain Home, Arkansas. We are a growing practice focused on evidence-based, non-surgical musculoskeletal, sports, and regenerative medicine , while also providing services focused on metabolic health, weight management, athletic performance, and longevity . Our practice utilizes advanced treatments including PRP, BMAC, MFAT, shockwave therapy, and other regenerative and orthopedic procedures , with plans to expand our medical IV therapy services. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who enjoys a hands-on clinical role , wants to develop specialized procedural skills, and values working closely with a physician and a small, collaborative clinical team. What You'll Do As an LPN at Restore Regenerative & Sports Medicine, you will play an important role in both patient care and procedural support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Room patients, obtain vital signs, update medical histories, and prepare patients for examinations and procedures. Provide clinical documentation and scribing support during patient encounters, ensuring accurate and timely charting in the EMR. Perform venipuncture for laboratory testing and PRP preparation. Assist the physician with regenerative and musculoskeletal procedures, including PRP, BMAC, MFAT/liposuction harvesting support, shockwave therapy, and related treatments . Prepare procedure rooms, assist with patient positioning, maintain appropriate sterile technique, and provide post-procedure care. Process orthobiologics such as PRP, BMAC, MFAT, and Supershot following physician-directed protocols. Training will be provided. Educate patients regarding pre- and post-procedure instructions, recovery expectations, lifestyle considerations, and clinic protocols. Support the launch and ongoing delivery of medical IV therapy services as those services become operational. Maintain clean, organized, well-stocked examination and procedure rooms. Follow infection-control, safety, and HIPAA standards. Assist with inventory management of clinical supplies, procedure kits, and related materials. Communicate effectively with patients, the physician, and the clinical team to maintain efficient clinic flow and an excellent patient experience. Perform additional clinical and administrative support duties as needed in a specialty ambulatory setting. What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Current, unrestricted LPN or LVN license in Arkansas (or eligibility to obtain). Current BLS certification or ability to obtain prior to starting. Strong venipuncture skills and confidence performing blood draws and handling specimens. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow clinical and sterile-technique protocols. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to educate, reassure, and build trust with patients. Experience with electronic medical records and willingness to learn our clinic-specific workflows. Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a small, physician-led team. Professional demeanor and commitment to patient privacy, HIPAA compliance, and high standards of patient care. We are willing to train the right candidate who has strong clinical fundamentals, excellent venipuncture skills, and a willingness to learn.
