LPN Job Description:

Monitor patient health Administer routine health care activities Maintain and document patient records Communicate the status of patients with Doctors and other nurses Provide patients with medication as prescribed by Doctor Monitor vital signs Assess patient reactions to medications and treatments

LPN Requirements:

Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program Possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN in Arkansas Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
