Max Security Requirements:

Minimum of 3 months of recent/consecutive LPN correctional experience Active and unencumbered LPN license (Arkansas or compact state) Current BLS certification - AHA Comfortable working with incarcerated patient populations Flexibility to handle emergencies, security protocols, and high-stress situations
