You will drive clinical quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and staff mentorship. In this role, you act as a key operational link—conducting audits, performing safety walkthroughs, and guiding clinical staff to deliver exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Leadership:

Partner with the RCN to oversee daily workflows, enforce clinical standards, and mentor nursing staff and Lead CCAs.

Quality & Compliance:

Perform clinical audits, chart reviews, and safety inspections. Ensure full compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and state/federal regulations.

Staff Coaching & Development:

Conduct performance evaluations, deliver competency training, and onboard new clinical team members.

Operational Efficiency:

Monitor center workflows, address staffing gaps, and manage clinical logs and safety checklists.

Issue Resolution:

Handle clinical incident reporting, address staff concerns, and serve as the liaison between center leadership and the RCN.

Qualifications Education:

Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing (LPN).

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience required. Leadership, supervisory, or audit experience is strongly preferred.

Licensure:

Active, unencumbered LPN License in the State of Florida.

Certifications:

Active BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of OSHA/HIPAA/Infection Control; proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems; excellent leadership, communication, and multi-center prioritization skills. Work Schedule & Travel Requirements Standard Business Hours (Monday - Friday). Flexibility required for occasional urgent clinical needs, audits, or leadership meetings. Occasional on-call availability for safety or compliance incidents.
