You'll:

Provide hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and toileting Help residents with mobility and transfers Take and document vital signs Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team Assist with maintaining a safe and comfortable environment Provide companionship and emotional support Work closely with nurses and the rest of the care team Treat every resident with dignity, respect, and compassion This is a great opportunity to build real clinical experience if you're planning to continue your career in healthcare.
