Role:
Project New Generation LLC is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented LPN Quality Assurance professional to join our team in Glendale, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your clinical nursing expertise in a quality-focused role that makes a real difference in patient care standards. Responsibilities:
Monitor and evaluate clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance Conduct routine audits of patient records and care plans to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with nursing staff and clinical teams to implement quality improvement initiatives Track and report quality metrics, outcomes, and performance indicators to management Assist in developing and updating policies, procedures, and clinical protocols Participate in staff education and training related to quality assurance standards and best practices Identify and report compliance issues, safety concerns, and risk management matters
Requirements:
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Arizona Previous experience in quality assurance, compliance, or a related healthcare role preferred Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards and regulatory requirements Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and critical thinking skills Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare management software Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and staff collaboration Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
