Under the immediate supervision of the Licensed Practical Nurse Supervisor, the LPN is responsible for the administration and documentation of medications and treatments. Essential Functions Administers and documents oral, IM, or suppository medications Performs and documents all treatments Assesses residents for possible need of medication and/or treatment interventions Informs Clinical Manager of any significant change in residents' condition Orders and stores medication Maintains clean and neat medication cart and room Assists Clinical Manager with admissions, discharges, and charting Participates in all facility trainings and meetings Competencies Adheres to policies and procedures
