What You'll Do Provide compassionate nursing care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns appropriately. Obtain and monitor vital signs and perform diagnostic tests as ordered. Document resident care, observations, medications, and other required information accurately and timely. Respond to resident calls and determine the appropriate assistance or intervention. Assist with direct resident care as needed. Support residents with ongoing chronic health conditions and therapeutic needs. Communicate with residents, families, healthcare providers, and other members of the care team. Coordinate medical appointments and transportation as needed. Assist with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges. Serve as an advocate for residents and their individual needs and preferences. Follow infection prevention and control practices and applicable Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations. Maintain a safe environment while treating every resident with kindness, dignity, and respect. What We're Looking For Previous Assisted Living and/or Memory Care nursing experience preferred. Working knowledge of the Assisted Living model and applicable regulations. Strong clinical assessment and observation skills. Ability to recognize and appropriately respond to changes in resident condition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop positive relationships with residents and families. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple resident needs in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, compassionate, and professional approach to resident care. Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position. Employment Requirements Active, unencumbered Arizona license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. We will assist with the application process if needed. Completion of a 2-Step TB Test. Available onsite if needed. Current in-person CPR/AED Certificate for Healthcare Professionals.
