Join our close-knit healthcare team and play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a nursing-supported group home. This position offers the chance to provide personalized care in a setting where your contributions make a difference every day.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care with the utmost dignity, respect, and professionalism.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies, following the guidance of a licensed physician or nurse practitioner.
  • Monitor vital signs, assess patient progress, and promptly report any changes.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create and execute comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Utilize Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as needed to enhance patient care.
  • Stay informed on the latest advancements in senior care and internal medicine through ongoing professional development.
  • Qualifications:
  • Current RN or LPN license in the state of Arizona
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, patient-centered environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A compassionate, caring, and patient-focused approach
  • Requirements:
  • Fingerprint clearance card
  • Article 9 Training
  • CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Prevention & Support Training
  • TB Testing
