Position Urgency:

Quick Start RN Responsibilities Perform comprehensive and individualized nursing assessments based on each patient's condition and immediate needs. Identify and report abnormal patient findings promptly to the Charge Nurse and physician. Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and facility policies. Perform prescribed treatments and nursing procedures accurately and within established timeframes. Perform clinical procedures as assigned, including EKGs, blood draws, IV starts, specimen collection, and other applicable nursing procedures. Monitor, document, and communicate patient responses to nursing interventions and progress toward established care goals. Provide patient and family education appropriate to the patient's condition and needs. Professional Qualifications The successful candidate must: Hold an active and current California LVN license . Possess current

BLS/BCLS

certification . Have at least one year of relevant nursing experience . #HC1
