Overview We are currently seeking a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a private duty nursing opportunity to provide one-on-one care for a patient.

Position Overview:

• Role:

  Full-Time LVN (Monday through Friday, Day or Mid-Shift with a flexible schedule)

• Supervision:

  Works under the supervision of an RN Case Manager

Patient:

26-year-old male requiring total care (190 lbs, non-verbal, G-tube dependent)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administering medication and feeding
• Assisting with daily personal care, including bed baths 2 to 3 times per week and frequent diaper changes
• Utilizing a Hoyer lift for transfers between the bed and wheelchair
• Accompanying the patient on medical appointments or hospital visits (approximately 3 times per month)
• Following a detailed plan of care and engaging the patient in activities such as going outside and watching television

Responsibilities LVN for Private Duty Nursing to take care of ONE patient only. Full time. Patient is 26 years old male, total care, G-tube Dependent, Needs bed bath 2 to 3x per week, diaper change may be every 2hrs of shift. Non Verbal, needs to be feed. Patient uses Hoyer Lifter from the bed to wheelchair, likes to go outside, likes watching TV, 190 lbs. Medication Management. LVN will work under the supervision of an RN Case Manager. Training and shadowing is paid and provided. We need your help. Flexible schedule, day shift or mid-shift. Full time

• Monday to Sunday.

Nurse may go to hospital or doctor visit with a patient 1x per week when needed. LVN will work with a detailed plan of care. Company will provide back brace, gloves, sanitizer. Support infection control practices by following strict protocols for hygiene, manual handling, and sterilization procedures in accordance with hospital standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans. Skills Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for efficient documentation and medical records management. We will provided training on EMR system that is so cool and simple to use. it will make your nursing notes efficent. Knowledge of health regulations compliance including HIPAA standards and State Board of Nursing practices to ensure legal and ethical standards are met at all times.
