Licensed Vocational Nurse

LVN Summary:

Must have at least 1 year of LVN experience

Pay Rate:

$40 Hourly Orientation will be provided

• 5•6 weeks.

Must be open to working 3

• 5 days a week.

May perform nursing procedures such as administering medications by any route except intravenous and intrathecal (with the exception of starting IVs) Observe patients' physical condition and behavior and report significant changes to the assigned supervisor, registered nurse, or physician, and record nursing notes in the patients' records CPR, and following infection control procedures Perform custody tasks, including supervision of patient activities 8-hour shifts Flexible Schedule Current BLS certification
