• $36 Maxim Healthcare in Atwater, CA is hiring for an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) work with a Pediatric patient in their own home for G-tube, Trach and Vent management. Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience under LVN license.

Temporary Assignment:

Start of Assignment:

Early October to cover Maternity leave.

Schedule:

NOC Shift

• Mondays
• Fridays 10pm
• 6am

Maxcares Awards Program Responsibilities:

+ Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. + On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders + Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. + Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

+ Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice. + Current TB or Chest X-Ray. + Current BLS card. + One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
