Agoura Hills Salary Range:

$38.54 Hourly - $50.84

Hourly Qualifications Required:

+ Ability to be highly flexible, travel to multiple work sites within UCLA Health community based practices and work a variable schedule + Possession of active license issued by the State of CA Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners with Intravenous Therapy and Blood Withdrawal + Possession of active BLS/CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross + Experience performing phlebotomy, injections, CPR, and other skills within scope of practice + Ability to take vital signs, administer medications, and obtain drug refills + Interpersonal skills in maintaining a cooperative working environment with the physicians, staff, and all health providers. + Knowledge of all instruments and supplies to perform physical examinations and procedure Highly desired: + Minimum of six months of experience working as an LVN in an outpatient ambulatory clinic or a similar healthcare setting.
