Several school nurse positions are available to support student well-being and health in an educational environment. Full-time:

7 hours per day, 5 days per week. Primary duties include office support and medication administration.

Part-time:

2 days per week (Monday and Wednesday). This role focuses on monitoring a diabetic student and providing office support. Not a one-on-one positionhelp with medication as needed.

1 day per week (Monday). Responsibilities include office support and medication administration.

Qualifications:

Active LPN or LVN license in California. Previous experience in school nursing or pediatric care is strongly preferred. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Capable of working independently and adapting to a school setting. Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed medications and treatments during school hours. Monitor students with health needs, including those with chronic conditions. Provide first aid and handle basic health care within the school office. Maintain accurate and confidential health records. Collaborate with school staff to ensure student safety and wellness. Communicate with parents and healthcare providers as necessary.
