Job Description

Job Summary:
We seek a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our healthcare team in California. The LVN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and physicians, ensuring the highest quality of care in a [clinical, long-term care, home health, or other relevant] setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily living activities. Perform wound care, catheter care, and other medical procedures as directed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress in medical records. Assist in developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with RNs and physicians. Educate patients and their families about care plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff. Respond promptly to emergencies and follow established protocols.
Qualifications:
Valid California LVN license. Graduation from an accredited LVN program. Current BLS/CPR certification Minimum of [1] years of experience in a [specific setting, e.g., hospital, skilled nursing facility, home health, etc.]. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Pay:
$70.00 - $72.00 per hour
