$32.00 - $35.00 per hour About the Opportunity Quantum Care Place of El Dorado Hills is seeking an LVN to provide quality nursing care to assisted living residents and support a safe, respectful, resident-centered community. Responsibilities Assess residents, document current health status, and complete or review admission information. Develop, implement, evaluate, and update care plans and individualized service-plan-related nursing interventions. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with orders, scope of practice, delegation, and facility policy. Monitor resident conditions, respond to changes, communicate with physicians and families, and respond to emergencies. Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation, shift reports, medication accountability, and clinical records. Make rounds, respond to call lights, protect resident rights, and maintain resident comfort, privacy, and dignity. Supervise or support nursing assistants and other assigned personnel and promote compliance with safety and infection-control procedures. Qualifications Current, active, and unencumbered California LVN license. Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting preferred. Current CPR certification and any additional credentials required for the assignment. Strong assessment, documentation, communication, organization, and emergency-response skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds as required by the role. Availability for the schedule assigned by the facility, which may include weekends, holidays, evenings, or nights.
