Assisted Living Director Cypress Court Senior Living | Escondido, CA Cypress Court Senior Living is seeking an experienced, compassionate, and dependable Assisted Living Director to join our leadership team. Our Assisted Living Director plays an important role in ensuring our residents receive exceptional care while supporting and leading our caregiving team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with seniors, communicates well with families and staff, and can create a positive, organized, and supportive environment. What You'll Do Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Assisted Living care department Lead, support, and provide direction to caregivers and medication technicians Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and maintaining appropriate coverage Coordinate resident assessments, service plans, and changes in care needs Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and community leadership Help ensure resident care and documentation meet California RCFE requirements Monitor the quality and consistency of services provided to residents Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion Participate as an active member of the community leadership team Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, respect, and excellent resident care What We're Looking For Previous leadership or supervisory experience in Assisted Living, senior living, or a related healthcare setting Strong knowledge of resident care and senior living operations Familiarity with California RCFE regulations preferred Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively lead and support a diverse care team Compassionate, resident-focused approach Dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, staff, and community leadership Why Cypress Court?
