You need at least three years experience leading a team in a healthcare or senior living environment. You are passionate about doing what is needed within the arena of supporting a large team. You must bring customer care for the team & our residents & their families. This is an extremely demanding leadership position. You serve as a top advisor on a sharp, hard working leadership team that provides a very flexible work schedule - we serve a campus open 24/7 therefore we work some evenings & some weekend days / evenings.
