Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED certificate Licensed with the Board of Vocational Nursing First Aid & CPR certification, renewed annually Valid driver's license Obtain

DSP 1 & 2

within 1 year of employment At least 6 months of experience working in a hospital, skilled nursing, or assisted living setting with individuals who have memory loss Complete 8 hours of emergency intervention training within the first 80 hours of employment and annually thereafter

Duties:

Oversight of individuals RHCP Staff training on assisting with medications Providing assistance to individuals who require blood pressure monitoring, diabetes, injectable medications, etc. Scheduling and attending medical appointments with individuals Write monthly reports on individuals' medical status and changes Update individuals' medical team of any major changes Medication audits Supporting individuals with end-of-life care until hospice is available

Pay:
