Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor, document, and report patient reactions
  • Maintain and update patient records
  • Checking vital signs
  • Dressing wounds
  • Inserting catheters
  • Submitting Clinical Notes in a timely manner
Skills:
  • Effective communication
  • Strong organizational and time management
Requirements:
  • Nursing license (LVN)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Current physical exam, TB test/chest X-ray, and CPR card
  • Education / Licensure
  • Completion of LVN training from accredited school or college
  • Valid LVN license in good standing
  • Valid CPR and BLS card
  • IV Certification is a plus Every effort has been made to identify the essential functions of this position.
