Job Description
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring an LVN for an outpatient clinic in Hawthorne, CA!
Pay Rate:
$33-$35 per hourSchedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00PM Location:
Hawthorne, CA 90250Dress Code:
Navy blue scrubsResponsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical support to providers and patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
- Conduct patient outreach calls for follow-up appointments, care reminders, and post-visit follow-up.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, preventive care, and provider recommendations.
- Assist with referral coordination and follow-up as needed.
- Review patient care gaps and help facilitate completion of recommended services.
- Accurately document patient interactions and care in Epic.
- Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and healthcare team members.
- Support quality improvement and patient care initiatives.
- Perform other clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Current and active California LVN license required.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic, primary care, family medicine, or similar setting.
- Experience providing direct patient care and clinical support.
- Experience using electronic medical records (EMR/EHR); Epic experience preferred.
- Strong communication, patient education, and organizational skills.
- Experience with patient outreach and care coordination preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Why Work for Adecco?
