Pay Rate:
$35.00 per hour

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care. Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes. Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders. Accurately document resident care and maintain regulatory compliance. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the highest quality outcomes. Deliver excellent communication during shift reports and throughout the care team. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to resident safety. Qualifications Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License required. Previous skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical assessment skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-focused environment.
