Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN / LPN)

LOCATION

741-925 Access Road A-25, Herlong, CA 96113

SCHEDULE:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 4-5 days, 40 hours per week

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have graduated from an accredited Vocational Nursing school or program. Shall maintain current licensure as a Vocational Nurse in the State of California or Nevada. Must have one (1) year, or more, of experience as an LVN/LPN)

JOB DUTIES

Provide direct patient care services in accordance with legal, ethical, and institutional standards through the evaluation of patients and therapeutic treatment as ordered by Health Services clinical staff Perform nursing duties within the scope of the current licensure Administer medications as prescribed i.e., by mouth, intradermally, subcutaneously, or intramuscularly Assist with distribution of medications at pill line Monitor and evaluate the response to therapy Provide direct patient care services in accordance with legal, ethical, and institutional standards through the evaluation of patients and therapeutic treatment as ordered by Health Services clinical staff Perform nursing duties within the scope of the current licensure Administer medications as prescribed i.e., by mouth, intradermally, subcutaneously, or intramuscularly Assist with distribution of medications at pill line Monitor and evaluate the response to therapy
