In this energetic role, you will provide essential nursing services, assist with patient assessments, and support treatment plans to promote health and well-being. Your proactive approach and dedication will help ensure optimal outcomes for patients of all ages and conditions. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to establish accurate baseline data. Administer medications, injections, IV infusions, and treatments following strict protocols while ensuring patient safety and comfort. Document medical records accurately and efficiently. Assist with complex procedures including tube feeding, wound suturing, and ventilator management. Conduct triage evaluations in urgent care or emergency settings to prioritize patient needs and coordinate appropriate interventions. Support patients with specialized care needs such as developmental disabilities through tailored nursing approaches. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation. Background working with diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, home health patients, or individuals with disabilities. Familiarity with specialized areas of pediatrics and neuro care including PICU or neonatal ventilator management. Strong understanding of respiratory support such as ventilator use.
