Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a 40 year-old patient in Inglewood, CA. boarder line Los Angeles, CA. This role offers the opportunity to build a meaningful connection with your patient while delivering high-quality, individualized care in a supportive environment. We value both clinical excellence and genuine compassion, and we proudly welcome new graduates as well as experienced LVNs to apply. Training orientation shadowing is paid and provided.

Part-Time Patient Care Needs:
G-tube 126 lbs. need bed bath, diaper change Seizure monitoring and care non verbal Mobility assistance (patient uses a wheelchair) patient uses Hoyer lifter , a nurse will assist with lifting for bed bath another will assist LVN within a home
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care Accurately chart and document all care using Axxess Monitor patient condition and report any changes promptly Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for the patient Communicate effectively with the patient and family (Spanish required)
Requirements:
Active California LVN license) CPR/BLS certification, Physical, TB Experience with seizure care and suctioning is preferred, but not required Strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and professionalism Why Join Us? Pay:
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
