We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a 40 year-old patient in Inglewood, CA. boarder line Los Angeles, CA. This role offers the opportunity to build a meaningful connection with your patient while delivering high-quality, individualized care in a supportive environment. Part-Time Patient Care Needs:

G-tube 126 lbs. need bed bath, diaper change Seizure monitoring and care non verbal Mobility assistance (patient uses a wheelchair) patient uses Hoyer lifter , a nurse will assist with lifting for bed bath another will assist LVN within a home

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the established plan of care Accurately chart and document all care using Axxess Monitor patient condition and report any changes promptly Maintain a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for the patient Communicate effectively with the patient and family (Spanish required)

Requirements:

Active California LVN license) CPR/BLS certification, Physical, TB Experience with seizure care and suctioning is preferred, but not required Strong sense of responsibility, compassion, and professionalism Why Join Us?
