In this vital role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in our clinic. Your expertise will ensure patients receive personalized, safe, and effective care while supporting their physical and emotional well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of diverse patient populations through active engagement and expert clinical skills. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs and health history documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR). IV placement for Administration of medications and injections accurately following physician orders and under direct supervision of our nurse. Assist with specimen collection when needed. Collaborate and work under the direction our director or nursing. Requirements Valid LVN license in good standing with current state licensing requirements. IV Experience is a must. Proven experience working with geriatric patients, individuals with disabilities. Ability to perform complex patient assessments involving vital signs, intake/output monitoring, venipuncture, phlebotomy, and sterile procedures. Strong communication skills for effective caregiver communication and client interaction across diverse populations. Additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), sterile processing techniques or first aid are advantageous.
