Shist:

3x12's (Night Shift) Responsibilities Assess residents and provide nursing care. Administer medications safely. Monitor, document, and report changes in condition. Follow care plans and physician orders. Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs. Provide resident and family education. Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies. Maintain accurate documentation and shift reports. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited LVN program. Active California LVN license required. Current BLS certification required. SNF/LTC experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and resident-care skills. Basic computer and EHR skills preferred.

Pay:

Up to $1,800.00 per week
