Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LVN to join our Wellness and weight loss clinic. As a Registered Nurse, you will be supervised by our remote MD and NP to administer IM, and Sub-Q injections, and IV nutrition, providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. The RN will work closely with individuals to provide guidance and support in achieving their health and wellness goals. Your role will involve educating clients on healthy lifestyle choices, developing personalized wellness plans, and monitoring progress towards goals. Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify client needs and goals
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Develop personalized wellness plans based on client's health history, lifestyle, and preferences
• Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients to help them stay on track with their wellness goals
• Educate clients on healthy eating habits, exercise routines, stress management techniques, and other aspects of a healthy lifestyle
• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and adjust wellness plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic approach to client's well-being
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in health and wellness to provide evidence-based recommendations

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in CA.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical office or similar healthcare setting, especially competence with IV nutrition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient computer skills for documentation purposes

Pay:

$30.00

• $55.

00 per hour
