Shift Loma Linda Post Acute Pay Range:
$29.00-$34.00 per hour, DOE Loma Linda Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on the NOC shift. This role is ideal for an LVN who is committed to delivering high-quality resident care while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team.
Position Summary:
The LVN provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, and applicable regulations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining resident safety, comfort, and clinical excellence during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration and treatments
  • Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to the RN or physician
  • Accurately document nursing care and resident status in the medical record
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
  • Collaborate with CNAs and other care team members to ensure quality resident care
  • Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
  • Current LVN license in good standing in the state of California
  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and reliably during NOC shift hours
