We are a 98-bed Skilled Nursing Facility with rehabilitation services located in Long Beach. We are currently looking for an LVN who are excited to be a part of a culture that celebrates a supportive environment!
Openings:
(All Full-Time shifts are on a 4 on 2 off rotation schedule)
AM Full-Time PM Full-Time NOC Full-Time What We Offer:

Pay Range:
$32-34/hour
Position Overview:
The LVN is responsible for assisting RN's in conducting the day-to-day functions in accordance with each resident's care plan. Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly report findings to RNs or physicians Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and scope of practice Perform wound care, catheter care, and other clinical interventions as needed Collaborate with CNAs and interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR) Support infection control, safety protocols, and emergency procedures Provide emotional support to residents and families, promoting resident dignity and rights Participate in shift reports, care planning, and quality assurance initiatives
Qualifications:
Active LVN License in
CA CPR/BLS
