Position Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time LVN to join our clinical team. This role offers flexible scheduling across weekdays with variable shifts, making it ideal for individuals looking to balance work with personal commitments. The LVN will provide high-quality nursing care, support residents' overall well-being, and collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility standards Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately Monitor resident health status and report changes to RN or DON Document all care and observations in compliance with state and facility guidelines Support physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members Foster a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and staff Qualifications Active and unencumbered California LVN license Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail Compassionate, patient-focused communication style Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $40-45 per hour DOE Flexible weekday scheduling with variable shift options Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional development Benefits, PTO, Medical Dental, 401K and more We are an equal opportunity employer.
