We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction treatments, weight loss, peptide therapy, and other advanced men's health services. We're seeking an outgoing, personable, and clinically skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing Stockton and Manteca team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both patient care and relationship-building in a fast-paced, concierge-style healthcare setting.

Compensation :

$27-$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Mostly Monday-Friday with occasional half-day Saturdays What Makes Gameday Different Modern, comfortable clinic environment unlike traditional healthcare settings Opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients Small, collaborative team culture Specialized men's health treatments and therapies Meaningful impact on patients' health, confidence, and quality of life Growth opportunities as our clinics continue to expand No hospital environment, rotating shifts, or overnight schedules What You'll Do Patient Experience Welcome patients and create a positive first impression from the moment they walk through the door Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Build strong relationships with patients and ensure every visit feels personal and professional Educate patients on treatment plans and help answer general questions Process payments and support front-office operations as needed Clinical Responsibilities Perform blood draws and specimen collection with confidence and accuracy Administer testosterone, B12, vitamin injections, and other prescribed therapies Record patient vitals and maintain accurate EMR documentation Review, organize, and document laboratory results in patient charts Collaborate closely with providers to support patient care and treatment plans Perform GainsWave® Shockwave Therapy treatments (training provided) Administer IV vitamin and wellness therapies (training provided) Assist providers with advanced procedures including PRP and P-Shot treatments Laboratory & Clinic Operations Perform laboratory operations including equipment calibration, quality control procedures, specimen testing, and accurate documentation Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards Assist with inventory management and clinic organization Help ensure efficient clinic flow and daily operations Community Outreach & Growth Utilize CRM tools and social media platforms to support patient engagement initiatives Occasionally represent Gameday Men's Health at community events, wellness fairs, networking events, and local business partnerships Engage with prospective patients and promote awareness of men's health services Who Thrives Here Naturally outgoing and personable Comfortable building rapport with patients from all backgrounds Professional, confident, and dependable Strong communicator who enjoys helping people Self-motivated and takes initiative Organized and detail-oriented Team-oriented with a positive attitude Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Qualifications Current California LVN license in good standing Current BLS certification Experience performing phlebotomy and injections Strong knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in men's health, hormone replacement therapy, urology, endocrinology, family practice, concierge medicine, wellness, or aesthetics Experience working in a patient-focused specialty practice Customer service or hospitality experience Compensation & Benefits Paid training and ongoing development Mostly Monday-Friday half-day Saturdays schedule Opportunity to learn specialized men's health therapies Positive, team-oriented culture Career growth opportunities as our clinics continue to expand Our best team members genuinely enjoy talking with patients, celebrating their successes, and helping them become the healthiest version of themselves.
