Step into a rewarding Per Diem opportunity as an LVN substitute, where you'll provide essential 1:1 support to students for the 26/27 school year. Desired Qualifications:
Current LPN or LVN license in good standing Prior experience working in a school setting preferred Strongly preferred: Proven skill and confidence with tracheostomy tube care Ability to provide 1:1 care, ensuring safety, dignity, and personalized attention Clear communication skills with students, families, and school staff Flexibility and adaptability in a per diem, substitute capacity
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver attentive 1:1 nursing support according to students' IEPs and medical needs Safely manage tracheostomy care and other medical interventions as needed Monitor, document, and communicate any changes in student health to team members Promote a calm and welcoming environment for students to learn and thrive Collaborate effectively with educators and school staff to foster student well-being This per diem position is an outstanding way to expand your professional experience, impact young lives, and maintain a flexible schedule.
