Our crews install professional holiday lighting displays on homes, commercial buildings, trees, and community properties throughout Southern California. This is a hands-on outdoor position involving ladders, roofs, lifting, and working at heights. We are looking for people who work safely, maintain a positive attitude, and take pride in producing clean, professional results. Top-performing employees may have opportunities for continued employment with our exterior cleaning and property-maintenance team after the holiday season. Responsibilities Install Christmas lights on rooflines, trees, bushes, buildings, and other structures Safely climb and work from ladders, roofs, and aerial lifts Follow installation plans and crew-leader instructions Measure, cut, test, and organize lighting materials Troubleshoot and replace bulbs, wiring, timers, and connections Return to properties for service calls and lighting repairs Remove, label, organize, and store decorations after the season Load and unload trucks, ladders, tools, and equipment Protect customers' homes, landscaping, and property Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures Communicate professionally with customers and team members Qualifications Must be dependable, punctual, and ready to work Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Able to safely climb ladders and work on roofs Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds Strong attention to detail Able to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a crew Willing to work longer hours during the busiest part of the season Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Construction, roofing, electrical, landscaping, window cleaning, or Christmas-light installation experience is helpful but not required Aerial-lift or fall-protection experience is a plus Schedule This is a seasonal position, generally running from October through January. Hours may vary depending on weather and workload. During peak season, employees should be available for full workdays, occasional weekends, and overtime when needed.
