UM LVN Summary:

$35

• 45 hourly LVN needs to have experience reviewing and processing referrals for prior authorization.

Experience as a nurse working in a utilization management department, reviewing and processing referrals. Experience in public health nursing, acute care, case management and/or in-home health care required; minimum of 2 years of managed care experience in case management with focus in inpatient and/or outpatient ambulatory care preferred. 8 hour Shifts Monday

• Friday. 9am
• 6pm Current BLS certification
• AHA Current LVN License in the state of
